Size chart by age & height + buying tips

Length	Age (approx.)	Child's height
17"	2–3	under 90cm
19"	3–4	under 100cm
21"	5–6	100–115cm
23"	7–8	115–130cm
25"	9–10	130–145cm
26"	10–11	145–155cm
27"	11+	155cm+

Quick check: stand the racket upright by your child — the head should reach the middle of their palm with arm by their side.
Aluminium vs graphite: aluminium is tough and great value for beginners and mini tennis; graphite/composite (Pure Aero, Blade, Speed, Ezone Jr) is lighter and more responsive for weekly club players, usually from 25".
Don't size up "to grow into": too long a racket teaches bad habits. Move up when they've grown 5–8cm or start choking up on the grip.
Stringing & fitting: most junior rackets come pre-strung; we offer restringing and quick in-store size fittings in our Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Hereford stores.
