How long does restringing take?
In store we offer same-day and while-you-wait options. For postal orders, rackets are typically strung within 1-2 working days of arrival and returned by tracked delivery, so most customers have their racket back within the week.
What tension should I choose for my badminton racket?
Recreational players typically string 20-24 lbs, while advanced and tournament players often choose 24-28 lbs. Lower tension gives more power and forgiveness; higher tension gives more control and a crisper feel. How often should I restring my badminton racket?
A good rule of thumb is to restring as many times per year as you play per week — so twice a week means roughly two restrings a year. You should also restring whenever a string breaks or the stringbed starts to feel dead, regardless of how recently it was done.
