Everything we sell is genuine stock from the brand or its official UK distributor, so it comes with the manufacturer's warranty as well as your rights under UK consumer law.
Your rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something you bought from us is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy. Our returns policy explains how returns work.
Manufacturer warranties
Many rackets, shoes and bags carry a warranty from the brand against manufacturing faults. Warranties normally cover manufacturing defects, not wear and tear, accidental damage (such as a racket clash or hitting the floor) or damage from incorrect stringing. Each brand decides claims under its own terms.
How to make a claim
- Email help@centralsports.co.uk with your order number.
- Describe the problem and attach clear photos, including the whole item and close-ups of the fault (for rackets, include the serial number or label).
- We will tell you whether to send the item to us or bring it into one of our stores, and we will handle the claim with the brand for you.
