Order Processing

We currently process and despatch orders Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). If your order is placed on a Bank Holiday the order will not be processed until the Next Working Day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered as Working Days, therefore if you wish to receive your order on either of these days, you will need to choose a day specific delivery option. For all orders placed Monday – Friday, your order must be placed before 1.30pm to be despatched same day. 


Where is my Order?

Once your order has been successfully despatched, we will notify you via email. If you have chosen a tracked service, you will also receive the relevant tracking information. Plain Clothing, Plain Sportswear, Shuttles and Small Accessories

The delivery services we currently offer are:

  • Standard Delivery UK: 2-5 working days / International: Up to 21 working days 
  • Next Day UK: 1 working days - RM Special Delivery / DHL / FEDEX
  • Next Day UK: 1-2 working days - Royal Mail 

Next Day order cut off 1:30pm including custom restrung rackets.

Please note autograph rackets take 2-4 days to process plus shipping to add on.

We use Royal Mail to despatch our smaller items, such as Clothing, Sportswear and singular Shuttles, to provide you with the best level of delivery service that are available in the UK.

You can choose at checkout FEDEX, DHL or Royal Mail or collect from any of our branches.

All shipments into the EU from the UK are sent DAP, meaning any specific duties and taxes will be payable on arrival into the destination country.

Please note: The above options are not applicable to decorated teamwear, whichever option chosen will be incorporated in the overall time scale of production. This includes adding your team/club logo, club name, initials or squad number etc. (Decorated teamwear orders can take 5-7 weeks to be processed)

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you receive the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us with details of your cancellation using info@centralsports.co.uk

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products you have returned. Please note that any carriage charges already incurred by Central Sports at the point of cancellation will not be credited.
