RSL has been making badminton kit since 1928, and their bags are built to the same brief as the rest of the range: hard-wearing, sensibly designed and priced for players who actually use them three nights a week rather than once a season.

Choosing a badminton bag

• Racket bags — long, slim and built around the frame. Sized by racket capacity: 3, 6, 9 or 12.
• Backpacks — for one or two rackets plus kit. The everyday choice for club nights and juniors.
• Holdalls and trolley bags — for tournaments, coaching kit or anyone carrying shuttles in volume.

Look for a separate shoe compartment, a padded main section to protect frames, and thermal lining if you leave your bag in a cold car — sudden temperature changes are hard on strings.
