How our custom football kits work
Every shirt is made to order and sublimated: the design is dyed into the polyester fabric, so stripes, hoops, gradients and sponsor logos don't crack, peel or add weight, and extra colours cost nothing. Pick a design, recolour every panel, add your crest and up to 4 sponsor logos, then paste your squad list with each player's name, number and size.
Prices and minimums
- Zoku football shirts: £22.50 each including VAT, with names, numbers, club name and logos included.
- Rhino football shirts: send your design and we quote, usually within 2 working days.
- Minimum order: 6 shirts per design, mixing adult and junior sizes. Goalkeeper shirts start from 1.
Complete the kit
Tick "Add matching shorts" in the designer and we quote shorts in your shirt's colours. Add a goalkeeper shirt in a contrasting colour, and quarter zips or track tops for the bench.
What's free
Player names and numbers, your club name and an artwork proof before anything is made. If your crest needs redrawing for print, it's £30 per logo. Delivery is 4–6 weeks from when you approve the proof, so order at least 6 weeks before your first fixture.

What is the minimum order for a custom football kit?
6 shirts per design. You can mix adult and junior sizes within those 6. Goalkeeper shirts can be ordered from 1.
How long does it take?
We email a free artwork proof within 2 working days. Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from when you approve it.
Can I add shorts and socks?
Matching shorts can be added in the designer and we quote them with your order. Ask us about socks when you send your design.
What if my logo isn't print-ready?
Upload what you have. If it needs redrawing for print we do it for £30 per logo, and you check it on your free proof.
