How to choose a pickleball paddle
Paddles vary by face material, core, shape and weight. Match them to your level and the way you like to play.

Weight
Lighter paddles are easier to manoeuvre and kinder on the arm; heavier paddles add power and stability. Midweight suits most players.

- Wipe the face clean to keep its texture and grip on the ball.
- Avoid leaving it in a hot car, which can damage the core.
