How it works
- Same item. Identical brand, model, year/version, colour, size, weight/grip size and condition (new). Strung and unstrung must match.
- UK authorised retailer. The competitor must be a UK-based authorised stockist with a UK registered address.
- In stock now. The item must be in stock and available to order on the competitor's site when we check.
- Total delivered price. We compare the price including delivery to your address.
- Before you buy. Please ask us before you order.
- Up to 2 units per product per customer.
- Online: we email you a single-use code, valid for 48 hours. In store: show the live page to our team at the till.
What we don't match
- Marketplaces and auction sites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay, AliExpress, Facebook Marketplace)
- Overseas or non-UK sellers, and grey imports
- Clearance, ex-display, second-hand or refurbished items
- Member-only, trade, student, staff or voucher/coupon-code prices
- Bundles, multi-buys or offers with free gifts
- Obvious pricing errors
- Pre-orders and items not yet released in the UK
- Our racket demo service, custom teamwear, stringing and other services, and gift cards
- Our own sale prices (no double discounts)
We may decline a match where the price is below what the brand allows us to sell at, or where we can't verify the offer. Our decision is final.
