Performance Overview

The Cloudflow 5 brings race-day technology into everyday training. Helion HF Hyper Foam returns energy almost instantly, so you can drive through each rep with less fatigue and more consistent pace. The Glass-Fiber Speedboard turns footstrike into forward propulsion and supports quick, decisive toe-offs that keep cadence high in intervals, while the dual-layer midsole gives a stable base that dampens impact and keeps a lively feel for tempo sessions and longer runs.

The rockered forefoot keeps turnover brisk, reducing the effort needed to push off. The engineered mesh upper keeps weight down and limits heat build-up during hard efforts, and the outsole grip pads give reliable traction on dry roads for cornering and speed changes. Expect a responsive yet controlled ride that rewards faster paces without becoming harsh, and stays supportive in tempo blocks and longer sessions.
