The adidas F50 Hyperfast League Soft Ground (HQ2372) is a speed boot built for wet, heavy pitches. Finished in black, it pairs a lightweight upper with a soft-ground outsole and removable studs, giving players who live on the shoulder of the last defender the grip to accelerate when the surface gives way.
Key Features
- SGLITE soft ground outsole — lightweight chassis engineered for traction on soft, wet natural grass.
- Removable studs — screw-in studs that can be swapped as conditions change.
- Lightweight upper — low-bulk construction that keeps the boot quick underfoot.
- Floating tongue — wraps the foot for a clean, secure feel over the instep.
- Lace closure — traditional lacing for personalised lockdown.
Performance Overview
Soft-ground boots earn their keep in November, not August. The deeper removable studs bite into yielding turf so you can push off hard without the slip that firm-ground moulded studs invite on a saturated pitch. Weight is kept low so stride frequency stays high, and the wrapped tongue and lace setup hold the foot steady through sharp changes of direction.
Benefits
- Confident traction on wet and muddy natural grass.
- Lightweight feel that suits pace-based, direct attacking play.
- Replaceable studs extend the useful life of the boot.
- Adjustable lacing for a secure, personalised fit.

Final Verdict
For wingers and forwards who play through a British winter, the F50 Hyperfast League SG is a sensible, well-priced answer to soft pitches. Light enough to feel quick, gripped enough to trust — and with studs you can replace rather than a boot you have to.
