Balance & Flex Profile
Victor Thruster Ryuga Muse II TJ Badminton Racket
The Victor Thruster Ryuga Muse II TJ is an attacking badminton racket from Victor's Thruster Ryuga Muse family, supplied here in a pink and purple colourway at 5U G6. It is aimed at intermediate players who want rear-court power without carrying a heavy frame around the net.
Key Features
- Head-heavy balance — mass carried forward in the frame, which is what turns a swing into a smash.
- 5U weight class — light enough to keep racket head speed up through fast exchanges while still carrying weight into the shuttle.
- G6 grip — the most widely used adult grip size, and easy to build up with an overgrip if you prefer a thicker handle.
- Graphite frame construction — a stiff, light frame that transfers energy into the shuttle rather than losing it to flex.
- Pink and purple colourway — the Muse finish, distinct from the standard Thruster Ryuga livery.
Performance Overview
A head-heavy 5U frame is the usual compromise for a player who wants to finish rallies from the back but does not want to give up speed at the net. The weight sits forward enough to load the smash, while the overall 5U mass keeps the racket quick enough to block and drive with.
Benefits
For an intermediate player moving up from an even-balance racket, this is the step that makes the smash feel heavier without making defence feel slow. The 5U/G6 specification is the most common adult set-up in the shop, so it is also the easiest to string, grip and re-sell.
