Why Choose TORQ Apple Crumble Energy Gel?
Meticulously engineered using research-backed nutrition science, TORQ Energy Gels utilise a dual-carbohydrate strategy (glucose derivatives and fructose) that enables 40% greater carbohydrate uptake compared to single-source glucose. Each 45g gel is hypertonic, making it one of the most potent and efficient fuelling options on the market.
The Apple Crumble flavour not only satisfies your taste buds but is also gentle on your stomach thanks to its natural flavourings and silky-smooth consistency—no artificial nasties, just clean, effective energy.
TORQ Fuelling System Compatibility
As part of the wider TORQ Fuelling System, these gels are designed to work in harmony with TORQ Bars, Jellies, and Energy Drinks. Whether you’re pushing through intense indoor sessions or enduring longer road races, the system lets you customise fuelling strategies based on perspiration rate and intensity.
-
Higher intensity efforts → Combine TORQ Gels with TORQ Energy Drink
-
Longer sessions or lower intensity → Integrate TORQ Bars and Jellies for texture variety
Aim for 2–3 TORQ units per hour from any mix of TORQ fuelling products.
