Free delivery is only available to customers within the United Kingdom.
Cashback Discounts
Cashback discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
Section 2: Mystery Box Returns and Refunds Policy
Pre-Purchase Instructions
Please note that all of our mystery boxes are sold as blind boxes. While we provide a product description to give you an idea of what to expect, the exact contents will remain a surprise until you open the box!
No Returns for Change of Mind
As our mystery boxes are based on surprise, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the contents of the box.
Please ensure that you carefully choose the product or series of mystery boxes before completing your purchase.
Exchanges for Faulty or Missing Items
If your mystery box contains a faulty item or is missing an item, we will be happy to arrange an exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us by email at info@centralsports.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the faulty or missing item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible!
Section 2: Central Sports Flash Sales and Outlet Sales
Products marked as Flash Sales and Outlet Sales are not eligible for any discounts or promotional codes.
Section 3: General Sales
Shuttles, Tennis Ball, Strings and teamwear are not eligible for any discounts or promotional codes.
Section 4: Mysterious Gift
Please kindly include your preferred shirt size when entering the cashback event if you are eligible for a free shirt. Kindly note that free shirts are also included for customers who qualify for the mysterious gift. We will do our best to accommodate your size preference.
If no preferred size is provided in the customer notes, we will select a size at our discretion based on availability.
Section 5: Shipping
Due to a high volume of orders, we anticipate that we may not be able to fulfill next-day delivery orders on time. We sincerely apologize for this and appreciate your understanding.
