How It Works

Step 1: Select Your Demo Racket

• Browse our collection of demo rackets to find the specifications that suit your style.

• Choose the model you want to try, including preferred string tension and grip size if desired.

Step 2: Pay & Receive Your Demo

• Pay the full price upfront to receive your demo racket.

• Enjoy a 7-day trial period to test the racket in real-game conditions.

• Rackets can be delivered to your address or collected from our store.

Step 3: Swap or Return

• Unlimited demo swaps available – just £6 postage per swap (if not collecting in-store).

• After testing, you can either:

  • Return the racket for a refund (minus a £20 demo service fee), or

  • Purchase a brand-new racket if satisfied.

• Important: Ensure the racket is returned within 10 working days to avoid being charged the full price.
