This racket cannot be returned as unwanted once you agree to a custom re-grip. Unless specified we will re-grip over the original. The Re Grip maybe placed over the cellophane on the handle, this is to protect the original grip from adhesive damage in case you want to re-grip it yourself later, maintaining it's new feel, this will not effect performance. Our staff will choose a colour to suit the racket unless specified in basket

Step 1: Gateway to Finding the Perfect Racket

  1. Explore Our Demo Rackets:

    • Browse our selection of demo rackets to find the specifications that fit your game.

    • Test the racket to see if it enhances your gameplay.

  2. Purchase a Demo Racket:

    • Pay the full price upfront to receive a demo racket.

    • Enjoy a 7-day trial period to test the racket.

Step 2: Delivery/ Collection

  1. Racket Delivery:

    • Rackets will be delivered to your specified address.

    • If you prefer, you can collect the racket from our store.

  2. Swap Demo Rackets:

    • Keep swapping demo rackets with us for £6 postage per time.

    • Customise your demo racket by upgrading the strings or grip to your liking, so you can try it out exactly how you prefer.

Step 3: Returning Demos

  1. Return the Racket:

    • After trying out the racket, send it back for a refund (minus a demo service fee of £20).

    • Alternatively, you can purchase a brand new racket if you are satisfied with the demo.

  2. Return Policy:

    • Ensure the racket is returned within 10 working days to avoid being charged the full price (non-refundable).
