Coaching Tips for players of all standards

  • Beginner. Start by hitting a HECS Ball in the air (not against a wall) - aim for 50 in a row with each ball

  • Intermediate. Practice small controlled movements in you fingers and wrist. It helps to keep your shoulders relaxed.

  • Advanced Power comes from fast and strong grip control , not big swings!! Use the No3 (large) to pracatice hard shots. Improve your reflexes by practicing with the small ball standing relatively close to the wall.
