Reasons for a payment being declined

There are a number of reasons why your payment may have been declined, here are some of them:

  • It’s a new credit/debit card

  • You’ve recently changed your card details

  • You supplied an incorrect invoice address.

Please ensure that all card details and addresses (including the house number and postcode) are entered correctly and match what is on your statements.
