Posting /Returns Details Christmas 2016

The last day of posting out for Post Office Standard Delivery is Monday December 19th by 3.00pm The last Day of Posting out on 24hr Delivery is Thursday 22nd December by 2.30pm.

These dates have been provided by our Delivery Companies but our advice would be to order before these dates to avoid disapointment as these cannot be guaranteed.

Goods that have been purchased as gifts from Saturday 12th of November can be returned for credit or refund as late as January 25th. Normal conditions will apply that the product has been returned in as new condition and in original and undamaged packaging.

When you can’t cancel

Please note that there are circumstances when you cannot cancel unless Central Sports UK Ltd has given you a specific contractual right to do so.

These are if:

  1. Central Sports UK Ltd has already started to provide the service within the cancellation period and you have agreed to this. You must have been told in writing - before the supplier agreed to carry out the service - that you would then lose your right to cancel.

  2. You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised.

  3. Goods are clearly personalised

Returning damaged or substandard products

If you received a product that you consider to be substandard, faulty or the product has been sent in error,
you can return for exchange repair, modification or refund, you must notify Central Sports UK Ltd by some traceable means, within three working days from receipt. If notification has not been received within the said time Central Sports UK Ltd cannot reimburse any return shipping cost you may incur.

Clothing, equipment and footwear returned due to a poor fit, or not required, will be refunded or exchanged. Only if they are returned as new "not played with"

If items are received that are substandard faulty or the product has been sent in error, we will arrange to have the item collected or, reimburse any reasonable shipping costs, not premium delivery services, next day is a premium service. On receipt we will refund/replace/repair in line with your consumer rights.

If you elect to return any defective product to us using your own courier, we will refund up to our original delivery charge to you, not including any delivery upgrades you may have purchased. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.

Any Orders that are over 6 months old and the product has been confirmed to be defective and a refund is due, the refund will be calculated based on the age of the Order and you will be refunded a proportionate amount of the original purchase price of the Product. This does not include the carriage cost of the original Order which will not be refunded.

Refunds of any money received from you will be made using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and paid back into the same account.

Any badminton rackets purchased from Central Sports will be covered by the Central Sports / manufactures warranty for a period of six months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any accidental damage.

Rackets that have been returned to Central Sports that are not covered under warranty, will be disposed off unless we have been notified in writing to return to the sender.

The cost of returning a racket to the sender "UK mainland only" will be the responsibility of the owner of the racket. The amount of £11.99 will be charged to cover our shipping costs that must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Please note: We are unable to replace any racket damaged by any accidental use.
